A Tight Round Liner (TRL) consists of our standard #12 (0.35mm) needles grouped in a circular pattern, but with a specific technical twist: the points are tucked inward toward the center.
By pulling those long-taper, polished needles closer together, we create a precision point that holds its shape under tension. This grouping style reduces the "flex" of the needles, giving you a sharp, crisp entry into the skin.
